Duties include the following:
Prepare, examine and analyze financial statements for corporate clients, including balance sheets, loss/income statements and cash flow analysis.
Prepare and enter journal entries, maintain general ledgers and conduct accounts reconciliation according to GAAP rules.
Prepare tax returns for corporations, partnerships, gift tax returns and estate tax returns for clients; prepare quarterly/annual payroll tax returns and sales tax returns.
Conduct research on tax advantages and disadvantages for clients’ business decisions; and research tax benefits and develop strategies for tax audit representation; review and summarize IRS guidelines and tax procedures.

Fluent in Chinese and English
